CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Although we have defined fixed timetable for check in and check out. Whenever we can and within our availability, we try to be flexible with the schedule for the check in and check out, for the convenience of our guests.
Please remember to send us the information of your arrival and departure of Buenos Aires, (flight / train and airport / station, etc..) So we can arrange those hour hands.
If my agenda allows, I'd like to welcome you in person. If I cannot, you will be received by Tito, who is very helpful.
2. Quiet times:Guests and Visitors must avoid disturbing noises between 10pm to 8am and 1pm to 4pm (resting hours) and also during arrival and departure.We look forward to your cooperation.
3. Maximum Occupancy: 4 guest. Note that fee penalties may apply.
4. Gatherings or celebrations: Must respect neighbors and take care of the apartment and common spaces of the building. Must not miss the moral and decency. Note that fee penalties may apply.
5. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
6. Please no smoking inside the unit.
7. Waste treatment: Please put the garbage in sealed bags and use the bins sited on the emergency stairs.
8. Extra cleaning fees:Additional cleaning charges: Please remember the apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in the check in.
a)If the unit is delivered in conditions of extreme disorder and dirt, you will be charged an additional amount of USD 30.-
b) If the bedding and towels were badly stained (makeup, mud, etc), you will be charged of USD 30.-) for the extra wash.
9. Amenities: If the building has a swimming pool, solarium, laundry or party room. Please respect the standards established by administrator.

My wife and I stayed at this property in November 2013. We found it to be exactly as advertised. It is neat and tidy , handy to transport and value for money. FANTASTICO APARTAMENTO en BBAA. Muy céntrico, con muchos bares, restaurantes y zonas comerciales alrededor. Frente al apartamento hay un Carrefour el cual hace mas cómodo poder disfrutar mas del apartamento.
En cuanto al apartamento, esta bastante bien equipado y con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas y muebles muy nuevos!!! MUY BIEN CONSERVADO!!! Lo único malo es que es totalmente interior, aunque al encontrarse en una zona tan ruidosa tampoco es un problema.
