Downstairs there is a toilet, a living-dinning room with TV. Acces to private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen: fridger, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has access another terrace with a table, chairs and a portable barbecue.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden and the other one with two single beds.
1 bathroom with a shower.
Street parking always available
Outdoor unheated pool with special area for children. It is shared with a few neighbours, about 25 houses. Family atmosphere. Tables, chairs and loungers available for free.

1 set of bed linen is provided, along with blankets.
1 set of bath towel and bathroom towel per person.
You have to bring beach towels.
Sa Ràpita is a small, quiet and friendly village, in the southern part of the island directly by the sea, 35 km south-east from Palma de Mallorca, 12 km from Llucmajor and 8 km from Campos. All shops, restaurants etc. in the village from 6km. to this residential area. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 35 km. The main attraction of the area are its fine sandy beaches, the most famous is Es Trenc, from 7 km. The fantastic Parque Natural de la Isla de Cabrera is opposite.
From Colonia Sant Jordi you will get a boat to go Cabrera island. In Colonia Sant Jordi also can be see museum about flora and fauna of this beautiful place. South of Mallorca and specialy residential area 'El Paraíso' is perfect if you are looking for enjoy a quiet holiday with the best weather of the island and beautiful lanscapes. Sun, beach and relax.

A car is essential.
The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
