Le recensioni dell'alloggio
Our stay in Nuno's apartment was amazing. The location is great (2 metrostations very near). We took a taxi to the apartment (about 18 euros), and he met us there, and let us in. It was very spacious, clean, exactly like the photos, plus the extra of an amazing view. Definitely coming back here!
A very nice flat - perfect for two couples or a family with two children (not too small children because you have to get up a very steep hill just before the flat). Beautiful view from the living room and balcony! Everything was very clean and tidy.
We walked into the city centre (about 15 minutes to Praca Figueira) and only used the metro once or twice. Just down the hill there is a square with cafés (Largo is a good one to have breakfast at the weekends) and the restaurant Ramiro (very popular) is just next to the square.
Just a few remarks on what could be easily improved concerning the flat: a mirror in one of the bedrooms and a trash can in the bathroom. We also had trouble with the key of the front door - I would change the lock sometime...
Very nice and clean apartment near the metro Line Intendente. Lovely little balcony with a beautiful view especially when the Sun sets in the evening. Close to metro, bus and tramline. 10-15 minutes walk to the city center of Lisbon and Rua Augusta. There is a supermarket ( Lidl) 200 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is located on the top of a small but very steep hill, so it can be a tough walk up to the apartment.
We only saw Nuno at the day of our arrivel, but he was helpful through e-mail, and available throughout the whole day, if we had any questions.
The only thing is that the head pillows are either very hard and high, or very low and soft. Maybe a pillow in between would be nice. But all in all we had a very nice
stay, and the apartment is highly recommendable. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the apartment another time, if we one day are going to Lisbon again.

Look no further, you can't possibly do better than Nuno's apartment in Lisbon, it is just beautiful. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks so my experience was a thorugh one. Communication with Nuno and checking in was excellent. The apartment is modern (new I think) and tastefully decorated. It is spacious with two bedrooms and two comfortable double beds, and is really quiet, you will not hear a sound and will sleep so well. There is a small balcony and an inspiring view over the warm red-tiled roofs of Lisbon, that just lifts you up all the time. It was too cold in February to sit on the balcony so I really envy those of you staying in warmer months - please raise a glass of wine for me! The area of Graca is also excellent. I loved Graca withs its miradors - the one by the church has a kiosk serving drinks and the best sunset view in Lisbon - Graca has great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Try the Via Graca restaurant just a couple of 100 yrds away from the apartment for excellent service and views and good food too! There is also a great small restaurant (I forget the name - sorry!) and also a takeaway by the Tram stop (the restaurant is opposite the stop). Graca has a real authentic village feel and is relaxed and friendly, I would have been happy to just holiday there. The legendary 28 Tram from Graca will bring you up and down the hill to visit the rest of Lisbon. If you have not been to Lisbon - go, Now! It is a beautiful city with perhaps the friendliest people in Europe. I totally recommend Nuno's apartment. I will go back. It is not an apartment you simply want to go back to, it is an apartment you really wish to go back to! I will recommend it to my family and friends... and I really hope I will get to return before long! As they say in Portugal... Obrigado!!!
It is quite a climb, from the metro station to this apartment, but absolutely worth it!
The apartment has plenty of room for 4 people to move about in, and was absolutely spotless. We have rented apartments all over the world, and this one was by far the cleanest, ever.
A fully equipped kitchen, and the view, this lovely view! Breathtaking! Getting and leaving the key was a breeze, meeting the owner was short and efficient, WiFi worked well, area was pretty quiet, in short, a perfect place to stay, especially for this price.
Lovely appartment, very clean and spacious, well equipped and everything looks as good as new. Cute little balcony with a great view over Lisbon. Located in a really narrow, small street it was a bit hard for us to find, so make sure to bring a detailed map.
The area is very charming, local and quiet, but it's only a 15 min. walk downhill to the city-center. Tram 28 runs close by and there are two metro stations in the area as well.
If you plan to go partying in Barro Alto it is a bit far to walk at night when the metro and trams are not running, but if you dont mind paying for a cap it's only a short drive.
The appartment is located on top of a hill, so you can't avoid doing a lot of walking up and down - so if you have any leg problems this is not the place for you.
I definitely recommend this appartment for a stay in Lisbon!
Really good apartment for 4 people, Super service by Nuno and family. Very clean and with everything you need for a nice stay in Lisbon. I will book this again without any problems
Top Wohnung, Top Gastgeber !!!
