The apartment is ideal for anyone who wants a beautifully decorated, relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore Brisbane and SE Queensland has to offer without having to deal with the hassle and stress of the over crowed and expensive CBD.
For business users the apartment offers a short trip to the City (CBD is only a 10 minute journey but direct express bus every 10 minutes. Close to Prince Charles Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital, Holy Spirit and UQ Kelvin Grove.
- This is a strictly non-smoking apartment
- The apartment accommodates four people. No additional persons permitted. Rate is for 2 person in one room. If you need two rooms you will have to pay the 40.00 per night for the 2nd room.
- A $250.00 cleaning and key deposit is due in cash upon arrival. $100.00 will be refunded when keys are returned.
Chermside is where we are located is located only 10 minutes from the Brisbane City business district and Southbank entertainment area with the GOMA, Queensland Museum, Queensland Art Gallery and with some of Brisbane's most desirable restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, cafes, shops, and boutiques. We are directly across from Queensland’s largest shopping mall featuring over 500 shops and restaurants, and a transit interchange for quick access to the city and surrounding suburbs.
We are close to Prince Charles Hospital (700m), Holy Spirit (800m), and Royal Brisbane (6km on direct express bus) Hospitals
Chermside is only 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
We are one hour from the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Noosa area which makes exploring SE Queensland at your doorstep.

All Guests are to be Non-smokers. This is a non smoking apartment and non smoking building. Security deposit will be forfeited. Do NOT book this apartment if you are a smoker.
We live in a quiet building, so loud music and large parties are prohibited. Guests must not make excessive noise or disturb neighbours and other residents. No excess noise or running in pool area.
A $250.00 cleaning and security bond for key is due in Cash (AUD,USD,EUR) upon arrival. $100 of which will be refunded with key return and if apartment is in clean and tidy condition.
RETURN OF KEYS
Please do not lose these keys. You will be charged $100.00 for each set to be replaced.
STRICTLY No eating or drinking including chocolates/lollies/crisps in bedrooms. Ample wardrobe space is provided and guests are asked to store their belongings in the wardrobe/drawers to avoid damaging walls.
Please note that guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property. Please contact me prior to departure to notify me of any spills, damages or breakages.
Check out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise negotiated.
Check in normally takes place at 2pm or after on arrival day, although by prior arrangement you can usually arrive and leave your luggage at the apartment after 12:00 PM, whilst the cleaning cycle is being finished. If you need early check in you will need to book the night prior to ensure the apartment is available.

Keys are provided by myself (or a check in person on my behalf) by meeting you at the apartment at a pre arranged time. Cash deposit of 250.00 due at this time. You will normally have the opportunity to be shown around and to ask questions at this time. We will let you know how to access the building, the pool, BBQ and gym area, parking if booked, and also show you where the linens/towels are kept.
The bedding arrangements should be advised before check in; 4 singles or 2 kings, or 1 king with two singles.
ELECTRICITY and GAS
Included. Please be courteous with your usage. Please note that this is a large apartment and lights are expensive, so please turn off lights whenever possible to conserve energy.
Included – yes I PAY for Water. Brisbane and Australia have an extreme water shortage. We pay per litre for water. Please be respectful of myself and the environment and keep showers to a reasonable length and one per day per person.
Please leave unit in a clean and tidy condition.
