There is a brand new comfortable L shape double sofa-bed with pillows and clean bedding set. This can be set up to provide a very comfortable double bed. The comfort surpasses that of a normal standard bed. TV and DVD player with Sky box with over 300 Sky channels free and DVD movies.
Wireless internet is available as well as a computer with internet ready and pre-installed Microsoft office and all-in-one printer/copier/scanner for all your business works with printer (you bring your own cartridges and paper). Skype is ready and connected webcam with headset with microphone for video conferencing. Ideal for the business class who want to stay connected wherever they are. Phone line for receiving calls.
Fully functional kitchenette with kitchenware, tableware, Microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, portable mini-washing machine. Spotless neat bathroom with shower cabin and WC. There’s also central heating.
The location is excellent. You are within walking distance to all amenities, fast food outlets, supermarket open 24 hours a day, 15 minutes by bus 142 to the iconic Brent cross shopping center, the first large enclosed shopping center ever built in the UK in 1976 or 10 minutes to Edgware shopping center or Burnt oak town center catering for all other international food needs (including Asian, European or afro-Caribbean)
The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to Colindale station and 20 minutes tube journey from Colindale to the heart of London Tottenham Court Road tube station. Even at night you don't have to worry about how to get home. At night, 2 NIGHT BUSES N5 & N16 run all night from Trafalgar square and Victoria. Day buses include 303, 204, 142, 324, 142, 192, 32 run all day from bus stops outside.
Check-in time and check-out time are by agreement. It is not fixed but flexible. You can usually check in or check-out at your convenient time if there is no guests checking out before you or in after you.
Otherwise they are both dependent partly on guests before or after you. Usually check-out time agreed does reasonably allow guests to have a good sleep before they leave unless they want to leave early. Then I discuss with you the best check in time available. I may not be able to give you a time until the guest before you has checked in. So please do expect a final checking time 5 to 3 days before your arrival. However once you know your best check-in time, let me know as it will allow me to work around it.
Please ensure you have my number available on the day of check-in. You will need to contact me at least 30 minutes before arrival at the property to confirm you are on your way or for any delay. I will not be at the property until you confirm, you are coming. Feel free to do that when you are at the property if you are prepared to wait that extra 30 minutes.
The flat is in a block of flat completely gated with no access to outsiders. I will be waiting for you but please let me know when you arrive so that I can come and let you in.
UK numbers always have a 0 at the beginning like 0794...., 0208...., 0195.... You only dial with the first zero if you are using a UK phone. If you have a foreign phone dialing a UK number always dial +44 followed by the number without that zero.
Strictly No smoking anywhere inside the flat to ensure it is always suitable for non-smokers as well and child friendly. You may smoke outside in open air.
If you would like direction to the property, the best and even cheapest transport connection from any airport, please ask me. It is not acceptable that on the day of check-in, I am being delayed because guests get lost going the wrong direction or because they left things till after arrival before starting to work out how to get to the property. You must work out your travel plans before you leave your house. I will only be delayed if it is not your fault.
Return the house as you have found it, reasonably clean and tidy.

Oliver was very pleasant and easy to work with. There is a ton of places nearby. The train station to the apartment is about a 10 minute walk or you can take the bus. The train station to the city center is about a 40 minute train station. The beds were very comfortable. Though there was a lot of road noise. If you can bring a sound machine I would bring one if sleeping in the living room. In the bedroom it wasn't so bad for the noise. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates and cookery items. For groceries, ASDA is just 2 blocks down the road. Otherwise it was a great visit. Thank you Oliver.

The flat is clean, well equipped and comfy warm. Oliver is a nice guy and very helpful. Only disadvantage is the near busy street.

El apartamento estupendo, todo lo q ofrece esta. ... El único pero sería el ruido si duermes en el salón , pero el resto .. Limpieza , servicios, amabilidad de los dueños le doy un sobresaliente
Quel dommage d'avoir un appartement comme celui d'oliver et de ne pas si investir.je ne le conseil pas, prix trop cher pour le peu de confort. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout. Manque de propreté, vaisselle sale dans les placards, salle de bain vetuste,chasse d'eau qui fonctionne mal.
Literie de la chambre de tres mauvaise qualité. en revanche les canapés ikea sont bien arrivé et confortables, si on arrive à dormir avec les bruits de la banlieue toute la nuit(sirène ambulance, moto, voiture...,) simple vitrage et pas de rideau, spot de l'immeuble d'en face allumé toute la nuit. Heureusement la fatigue de la journée à au moins permis aux enfants de dormir. Le point positif est son emplacement, 5min à pied du métro, 30min de métro pour le centre de Londres, banlieue bien fréquenté, supermarché, Mc do et KFC au pied de l'appartement. Oliver est une personne sympathique et accueillante qui parle très bien français, mais les clés sont à déposer dans la boîte aux lettres, sûrement pour ne pas entendre tous sa.Quel dommage !!!!

En revanche, la prestation est décevante (par rapport aux photos) et je ne le recommanderai pas : literie inconfortable (usagée), serviettes de toilette qui sentent l'humidité, salle de bain qui sent aussi l'humidité malgré la présence d'une ventilation, télé dans la chambre qui ne marche pas, table basse cassée
