Apartment just in the middle of everything. A big terrace on the roof that we used every dag. Do note that the stairs up to the roof are narrow. Everything to our full satisfaction except for 1st floor where higth is for kids only. We were 6 adults and the 4 of us, sleeping upstairs had to move around backs bending forward not to crash our head against the ceiling. That we did not know.
Excellent appartment! Very well located very close to the Fontana di Trevi. Very quite and lots of light with an incredible terrace. I'll repeat if I come back to Rome! Many thanks Francesca!!!
A perfect situated flat in two levels. It is really in the center and in a very quiet area.
There are however some buts.
At the second level, there are only app. between 140 - 170 cm which means it is only usable for children
There are only two doors in the flat (those are to the two bathrooms). That means that all the " rooms " are connected as if it was one big room.
For two adult persons the flat is more than perfect.
Awful stay., Internet never worked. Electrical panel is not enough for the apartment . We had no electrical for a whole night. Front bedroom has no A/C. Called Virginia ( The Agent Host ) and after 3 hours she called back , her response was you can't turn everything on in the apartment. My husband is a contractor in the USA and knows how to turn the panel back on. It would not stay on regardless. Even when we unplugged the refrigerator . She said she would refund part of the rental. By the time we left the next morning., she called us" UGLY AMERICANS , you expect everything to work. Why do you need internet , you should be out seeing a church ." She was completely rude and of course no refunds was ever given. I am part italian and love visiting Italy . It is a shame she does not have manners. Don't rent this apartment . There are so many beautiful apartments in Rome , with wonderful host.
Very Nice appartement in the center of Rome (Campo di fiori). However, ceiling on the second floor is quite low, especially for tall Dutch people :)
Very nice area to stay! Close to the busses and Campo di Fiori. We really had a great time in Rome. The apartment is located in a nice alley (somewhat noisy in the morning) and looks very authentic. With 6 persons we however thought it was too small. Especially since the bed downstairs is too small for two persons, and the second level is really low (strongly not recommended for large people).
It was clean but dusty, we sneezed a lot.
The roof terrace can be reached via some stairs outside the apartment (not child friendly).
The cab driver Paolo, friend of Virginia, is the ideal men for bringing and picking you up from the Airport!
Ciao bella Roma!

The flat is fantastic. The terrace made all the difference for us. We travel with a kid at 6 who need to spent a lot of time at “home”, and then the terrace facing south-east was perfect for the wife to catch some sun and the rest of us to relax in the shade. The terrace has a retractable cover to meet any need.
The room with bunk beds, toilet and shower is separated from the main part of the flat by the terrace. That was perfect for our teenager but our six year old stayed with us in the master bedroom.
The address itself is very quiet but when you turn one corner, you are in one of the most touristic areas of Rome. It is in walking distance from the Spanish Stairs in one direction and Colosseum in the opposite direction. But going to Rome again I would prefer an address further off the beaten track.
Unfortunately we never got to see this apartement. Our booking was cancelled the day before our arrival. Perhaps there was no other way, but instead of an attic with an amazing view with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace we were put in a one bedroom B&B (take it or leave it) with one bed and no view. Fortunately the bed could be separated the next night because we are not a gay couple, although people seemed to think so, and to think that this is a good reason to treat you like shit. We never got to see Virginia or Francesca or any other name she or her so-called twin sister might be sporting, nor her cute little dog that she may have or not.
